Embrace your Authentic Voice

No matter who you are, or what you do, if you’ve ever created something that you’ve put your heart and soul into, you’ve felt the fear of the Creative. Artistry with Heart is a musician’s wellness podcast that goes beyond the curtain and into the musician’s mind.

We are building a support community for creatives. Putting yourself out there takes courage, and this podcast was created to help support you! If you have any questions or stories you’d like to share, email artistrywithheart1@gmail.com or Instagram @steph.bernards.

Support us on Patreon and become a Heartist. By joining, you’ll not only be helping us offer more resources for musicians, but you’ll also gain access to downloadable journal prompts with insightful questions that will help you go deeper with the conversations in each episode.

Enhance your podcast experience

The purpose of this interactive journal is to explore what's possible when you connect with your deep, authentic self. Connecting with yourself requires intentionally creating the time and space to look inward and ask questions that spark curiosity. Most people start their musical journey with a strong connection to their artistic voice. It's easy to lose this along the way. This journal can help you find it again. This journal consists of 16 sections. Each section contains an intention, an inspiration, a reflection and suggestions on ways to put everything into practice. The inspiration will either be a quote we find prudent, a suggested podcast episode to help you feel connected, or an original music recording. Easily listen to the inspirational podcasts by clicking on the intention below.

The piece featured in this episode is his original composition Su Hermano Siempre.
